The future is forward deployed

A 4-week residency for ambitious builders. Earn your spot as an FDSE at Arogya

In a time where AI can produce 90% of the code, the real advantage is knowing what to build, not how.

You'll scope real business problems, direct AI to solve them, and ship production-ready software faster than ever.

By the end you will join Arogya as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, building for our clients.

Four-week curriculum

  1. Week 01

    AI-native build workflow

Build against replica practice data using our AI-assisted workflow. Learn how we review, correct, and ship production-quality output.

  2. Week 02

    Systems audit and scoping

Map operational bottlenecks at a multi-location practice group, identify high-leverage work, and write a clear build spec.

  3. Week 03

    Integration and delivery

Own a connector into a practice management system and integrate against messy, real-world data.

  4. Week 04

    Deploy and handoff

Ship to production, support operators through go-live, and demonstrate that the system holds without constant intervention.
