How Arogya helped Shah's Halal Food take control of their workforce across three locations

Problem
As a high-volume restaurant with hourly staff and multiple locations, Shah's faced the following operational issues:
- •High staff turnover: the team was constantly cycling through new, untrained workers.
- •Mixed English fluency: communication barriers made written or verbal instruction unreliable.
- •Inaccurate clock-ins: staff were misreporting hours, costing the business money it was not aware of.
- •No cross-location visibility: owners could not be on-site daily and had no way to monitor whether staff were showing up.
- •No documented daily guide: new staff had no structured list of responsibilities, so tasks simply did not get done.
