Problem
Across all 3 locations, the Shah's franchise owners lacked the systems to manage their high-volume, hourly workforce consistently across sites. These included:
- •High Staff Turnover: constant onboarding cycles left zero time for proper training or quality control.
- •The Language Gap: verbal instructions and written manuals didn't reliably reach the entire team.
