  • Language barrier: Verbal instructions and written manuals did not reliably reach the entire team.
  • Payroll inaccuracy: Manual time-tracking made it difficult to accurately monitor hours across different sites.
  • No remote visibility: Owners had no way to verify attendance or performance without being physically on-site.
  • Dropped responsibilities: Without a digital guide, essential tasks were forgotten during peak rushes and shift changes.
